The Park Suite

Lower Ground

The park suite is our largest function venue. We can cater up to a maximum 120 covers for a party and 50 guests for dinning.
The hire charge for this venue is £150.00 but please do contact reception as there are special offers available.

The Niche Bar

Ground Floor

Niche bar open 7 days a week serving food and drinks from all around the world. All live sports games covered via sky television. Sit back, relax and enjoy this quality community public bar.

Cedar Restaurant

Ground Floor

 

Open 7 days a week serving food from 12 midday until late. Full ala carte menu, also special menu serving 2 main courses for £6.95 Monday to Friday until 6pm. New Sunday roast menu available from 12 midday until 6pm 2 courses £6.95. Full wine menu and drinks available from midday.

Pelican Suite

Ground Floor

 

The pelican suite is located on the ground floor. We can cater for maximum of 50 cover. It can be used for private dinning or for informal family gatherings. There is no provision of any dancing area within this function venue. The cost to hire the pelican suite is £50.00

Islay Suite

1st Floor

The Islay suite is our functioned venue located on the first floor. We can cater for a maximum of 60 cover this would be without a dancing area however if you require an area to dance the maximum numbers are 40 covers.

The hire charge for this function venue is £100.00 but special offers are available.

All of our function venues have its own bar and buffet serving area.

Deposits
All room hire charges must be paid at the time of booking. Provisional booking are not taken, and are non returnable.

There is a damage deposit also required at the time of booking your function venue. These deposits will be returned 24 hours after your function and only when the function venue has been checked by management to ensure there has been no damage to the west park hotel and its property.

Entertainment
We don't have any resident Djs or bands, however we can put you in contact with such people who can provide entertainment for you.

Buffet Requirements
The hotel buffet menus range from £7.25 to £15.95
Providing your own buffet can be arranged by contacting reception.
